the explore.org walrus cam will be going live soon. i highly recommend you check that out this summer. the sound is great and they have some great walrus viewing on there. will keep you inspired until you can get out to Round Island (the main island in the sanctuary). the rangers, two stay on the island during the summer to protect the walrus and assist visitors, they are preparing to head out there soon. they were just out there working on the camera’s last week and will return in a week or two to stay the summer. it’s very remote and an adventure to get to, but so worth it. I saw your tweet about animals and thought I will check your website. I like it!

I love pets. I have two beautiful thai cats called Tammy(female) and Yommo(male). Yommo is 1 year older than Tommy. He acts like a bigger brother for her. 🙂
I have even created an Instagram account for them ( https://www.instagram.com/tayo_home/ ) and probably soon they will have more followers than me (kinda funny).

Hey there!!!

As much as this article saddens me, I am SO HAPPY to see you still around and the walrus blog back in action!!! I was worried about you, but just happy to see you and the family and everybody is alright. I will see what I can do with helping Phil and Smooshi as best I can…I followed their lives for a while, and was heartbroken to read this. 🙁

In brighter news, I DO have some recent walrus finds to share with you…but what is the best way to contact you? My e-mail is provided in the comment, so go ahead and e-mail me if you’d like, and I’ll tell you about “Every Walrus Can Fly”, “Space Walrus”, and “Snarked!”. 🙂
